Welcome To Phenix City Little League

The election of the 2011 officers will be held on Sunday 9/19/2010 at 2:00pm. The meeting will be held at Summerville Baptist Church.

The process for electing the 2011 officers will be as follows:

Little League has recommended that all local boards add the following 2 positions to the board. Concession Stand Manager and Fundraising Manager. This will bring our total number of board members to 11. Therefore each voting member should select 11 people from the auxillary board member list to be nominated to serve on the board. The 11 people that gets the most votes will be the 2011 officers. Once the 11 members has been selected those 11 individuals will immediately hold a meeting to elect the various positions that are help by these 11 individuals. You can find the Auxillary Board list on our forms page of this web site. Only individuals that are on this list are eligible to be selected.

You can vote absentee on 9/13 from 7:00 to 9:00 at Field 7 and 9/14 from 7:00 to 9:00 at field 5 at the Little League Complex. You can also vote absentee on 9/19 at Summerville Baptist Church from 1:30 - 2:00.

The meeting will begin at 2:00pm with the vote taking place at 2:15pm. All votes will be counted as soon as the last vote has been cast. The new officers will be announced immediately after the vote has been counted.
