2012 Registration Dates
January 7th / 14th / 21st from 10:00am - 2:00pm
January 8th/ 15th / 22nd from 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Late Registation- Monday, January 23rd - 6:00-7:30pm
Location - Roy Martin Center (1/4 mile behind Garrett - Harrelson Stadium)
We will try on uniforms during registration, so please make sure that you bring your child with you to registration.
Registration Fee is $55.00 per player
Age Requirements 8 (you must be 8 by May 1st) to 12 (can not turn 13 by May 1st). You must bring a copy of your child's Birth Certificate.
Please print and fill out the registration form and the medical release form from the "forms page" on this website. This will speed up your registration process.
Please bring 3 of the following items with you to registration.
Note: Example – You can only use one item from number 10 and one item from number 11.
Residence Eligibility Requirements for all divisions of play has been amended to read, in part:
Residence shall be established and supported by documents, dated or in force between February 1, 2011 (previous year) and February 1, 2012 (current year), from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:
- Driver’s License
- Voter’s Registration
- School records
- Welfare/child care records
- Federal records
- State records
- Local (municipal) records
- Support payment records
- Homeowner or tenant records
- Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
- Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
- Insurance documents
- Medical records
- Military records
- Internet, cable or satellite records
- Vehicle records
- Employment records
